Personal Data

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) we control and/or process personal information about you electronically under a "Contract" lawful basis. The processing of this data is necessary for a contract you may have with, and helps us provide the services you require.

We keep this data while your service is active. Once a service contract ends or is terminated, we will only keep data that is legally required and only for as long as legally required.

We may share this personal information with our payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing payments.

The data we collect

When using our services, we will collect information such IP address, browser type, page navigation, page views, length of visit, for analytical purposes. We do not use an external analytics service such as Google Analytics.

When ordering services we will collect information such as full name, full address, company details if required (such as VAT number). We will also store transaction/billing references, but we do not store any credit/debit card data.

Data Storage

We will make every effort to ensure your data is stored safely and securely. Where any transmission of data is required we will ensure it is encrypted before transmission if possible.

Our main website does not store cookies on your computer.

Our account area will store cookies only which are required to make the service usable, such as current session ID.

We may update our privacy policy from time to time. As a customer we will give notice of this in advance, including details of the changes being made.
